 ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
 3 Cloves garlic, minced
 1.50 cups Tomato Magic
 ¼ cup Butter
 4 Fresh basil leaves, chopped
 8 Eggs
 Salt and pepper

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until golden.

Add Tomato Magic, butter and basil. Heat through.

Crack eggs; add to skillet, cover and cook over low to desired doneness.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with toasted Italian bread and Italian sausage, if desired.
