Chicken Cacciatora (Polla alla Cacciatore)

3 lbs Chicken (Breasts and Thighs)
2 Onions, chopped
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
½ tsp oregano leaves
¼ cup Dry white wine
3 cups Tomato Magic
¾ cup Slived Olives
½ cup Chicken broth
½ cup Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp Capers
1In large skillet, brown chicken in olive oil; transfer chicken to large casserole dish.
2Add onions and shallots to skillet; cook until tender.
3Add garlic, thyme and oregano; cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes.
4Add wine, bring to a boil.
5Add Tomato Magic, olives, broth, parsley and capers.
6Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
