In large skillet, brown chicken in olive oil; transfer chicken to large casserole dish.
Add onions and shallots to skillet; cook until tender.
Add garlic, thyme and oregano; cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes.
Add wine, bring to a boil.
Add Tomato Magic, olives, broth, parsley and capers.
Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
