 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 2 Cloves garlic, minced
 3 cups Tomato Magic
 ¼ cup Chopped parsley
 6 Zucchini, halved lengthwise, then crosswise
 Salt and pepper

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until golden.

Stir in Tomato Magic and parsley.

Add zucchini; season with salt and pepper.

Cover, reduce heat, and cook 20 to 30 minutes or until al dente.
